Who We Are
Royal Fuels is an acquisition and operations platform specializing in convenience stores, gas stations, truck stops, and high-volume fuel corridor assets. We were founded with a clear thesis: that the fuel and convenience retail industry is fragmented, underoptimized, and ripe for a disciplined operator to consolidate and grow.
Unlike platforms that chase distressed or turnaround situations, we specifically target operationally healthy locations that still carry significant untapped upside. We bring in our operational playbook, improve merchandising, optimize fuel pricing, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue from day one.
Our long-term vision is to build a portfolio of approximately 200 locations over the next 4–5 years — establishing Royal Fuels as the dominant independent fuel retail operator in the southern United States, and eventually expanding nationally.
